Not at all. If you book a 60-minute session, you receive a full 60 minutes of active immersion and integration. I will arrive 10–15 minutes early to quietly set up my equipment, and I will need about 10 minutes after we finish to pack up. Please plan for me to be at your home for about 80–90 minutes total.

I bring a professional, portable massage table for your comfort. Ideally, we will need a clear, flat area of about 8 feet by 8 feet. This ensures the table fits comfortably and leaves enough clearance for me to move safely around it while playing the crystal singing bowls. Living rooms, large bedrooms, or open basement spaces usually work beautifully!

No, you don't have to worry about a thing. I bring all necessary professional linens, cushions, and comfort items to build your sensory space. However, because we are in your home, you are always more than welcome to use your own favorite pillows, blankets, or eye masks if they help you feel more grounded.
