Finding Your Village:
Local Resources, Wellness, & Community Support

While my work at Crystal Moon Lotus focuses on nervous system regulation and energetic alignment, I believe that true wellness is a collaborative effort.

Below is a list of local Lorain County resources and professionals dedicated to mental health, crisis support, and physical well-being. Whether you are a student, a parent, or simply a neighbor in need of extra support, these organizations are here to help you anchor yourself when the path gets heavy.

A personal note from Kristin...

As a mother and a resident of Elyria, I know that navigating life’s challenges requires a full toolkit. While Crystal Moon Lotus offers regulation, alignment, and relaxation, these local organizations provide the clinical and structural support necessary for true, long-term wellness.

Wellness isn't a solo journey, and it’s certainly not a one-size-fits-all solution. I am always looking to expand this list to include more local practitioners, support groups, and community resources.

"It takes a village to raise a child, and a community to hold a soul."
