My practice is founded on the commitment to the highest standards of professional conduct, hygiene, and clinical boundaries. While my background is rooted in the medical field, my work at Crystal Moon Lotus is non-clinical and non-diagnostic. I do not treat or cure medical or mental health conditions, rather, I facilitate the somatic conditions necessary for the nervous system to regulate itself. My ethics dictate a strict referral-out policy: if a client’s needs exceed the scope of sensory regulation, I will always prioritize their safety by recommending professional medical or psychological intervention.
The standards extend to the energetic and physical cleanliness of the studio. I maintain a high-integrity environment by ensuring all tools, from crystal singing bowls to therapeutic stones, are physically and energetically cleared as appropriate between every session. My professional commitment is to hold a neutral, grounded space for your offloading process, ensuring that your session remains entirely focused on your regulation, identity, and path to resonance.
I hold the belief that every individual is the ultimate authority on their own body and biology. In my studio, Sensory Autonomy is a non-negotiable right. This means every client is given full disclosure regarding the scents, sounds, and stones used in their session and retains the power to opt-out or adjust any modality at any time. I am committed to neuro-inclusive design, ensuring that those with sensory processing differences are met with dignity, choice, and a low-static environment that respects their unique baseline.

The Somatic Experience
In my practice, spirituality is not separate from biology; it is the frequency at which they meet. I view the chakra system not just as ancient symbolism, but as a practical map of the human nervous system and endocrine centers. When we work with the Heart or the Root, we are addressing the energetic expression of our deepest human needs: connection, security, and identity.
Resonance as Sacred Connection
I believe that the universe is composed of vibration, and that our Spirit is the unique frequency we carry through the world. Spirituality in the Crystal Moon Lotus practice is the act of tuning back into that original frequency after it has been muffled by the static of modern life. Sound healing is the tool we use to clear that static. When a crystal bowl sings, it calls the soul back into the body, allowing for a state of deep, resonant peace.
Symbology
My approach to spiritual tools, such as crystals and essential oils is grounded in symbology. I believe that minerals and aromatic plants carry their own unique intelligence or frequency that can assist us in our works. By intentionally pairing a stone with an intention, I practice a form of spiritual application, using the physical world to anchor my internal spiritual goals.
The Emergent Lotus
The lotus flower grows through the mud to reach the light, yet it never denies the mud that fed it. This is the spiritual heart of my work: acknowledging the mud of our daily stressors, grief, and transitions, while intentionally rising into a state of radiant clarity. My role is not to fix your spirit, but to provide the environment where your own inner light can emerge, regulated and unshakeable.
