The Process

Understanding the specific rhythm of your session is the first step in honoring your sensory autonomy and reducing the anxiety of the unknown. By knowing the flow of our time together, you can arrive fully prepared to offload your mental stress and embrace the restorative power of sound, scent, and stone.

Preparation and Arrival

Your journey to regulation begins before you arrive at the studio. To support the conductivity of sound within your body’s tissues, I recommend increasing your water intake 24 to 48 hours prior to your appointment. Upon arriving at the sanctuary, you will be invited to remove your shoes at the door, signaling to your nervous system that you have entered a space of safety and rest. We will begin with a brief intake to discuss your immediate energy goals and any specific areas of tension you wish to address.

Assessment and Sensory Immersion

Once you are settled into your space, we begin with a Guided Tandem Scan. While I perform a professional chakra assessment, I will guide you through a mindful relaxation exercise to help you build awareness of your physical and energetic state. Following the scan, I will intentionally place selected crystals on or around your body. As the sound portion begins, you are invited to fully inhabit the experience. You may choose to remain in silent stillness or hum along with the droning frequencies if it helps you feel more grounded. Throughout the session, you may notice subtle scent shifts  as scents change, or feel the bowls transition to different areas of your energetic field.

Restoration

We conclude the vibrational work with the grounding drone of the C bowl, allowing the sound to fade into a period of deep, silent recovery. I will then guide you back into your body with a focused awareness exercise to help you gently re-acquaint yourself with the world. Before we move, you will be served a glass of water, and we will share a few moments of intentional silence to honor the shift you have experienced.

The Alignment Roadmap

The final portion of our time together is dedicated to processing your experience. We will discuss any thoughts, emotions, or physical sensations that surfaced during the session. To ensure your regulation lasts beyond the studio doors, we will discuss practical integration tips for your daily life. I will then complete your Alignment Roadmap, a personalized guide for your continued wellness journey, and discuss potential future treatments to maintain your regulation. Once you feel fully grounded and ready, you will put on your shoes and transition back into your day, carrying the peace of the session with you.
