A sensory-safe introduction to frequency healing. This session focuses on foundational security through ambient singing bowls and gentle weighted forks. By prioritizing the Root and Solar Plexus centers, we provide a stabilizing environment for children to explore sensory regulation through soft sound, calming lavender or grounding oils, and three gentle stones.
