Accommodations & Safety

Unlike active breathwork, Yoga Nidra is completely passive and physically safe for almost everyone. However, to ensure absolute physical comfort, we customize our setup for specific needs:

  • Pregnancy: For clients past their first trimester, lying flat on the back can be uncomfortable. We seamlessly adjust your table with premium pillows for a highly supported, side-lying position that is completely safe and restful.

  • Physical Discomfort: If you experience acute lower back, neck, or joint pain, we adjust our bolster configurations to ensure your skeletal system is fully supported throughout the hour.
