Decompress your mind and body quickly in this focused, 30-minute guided relaxation session. Hypnos is designed specifically for high-stress days when you need an immediate mental reset. Resting comfortably on a fully supported massage table with weighted blankets, you will be guided through a systematic body scan and breath awareness sequence that drops the brain into a state of deep, restorative rest. Perfect for a quick midday break, this session lowers stress hormones and restores mental focus, leaving you feeling completely refreshed and clear in a short amount of time.
Cancellation Policy
Arrival & Cancellations Punctuality: Sessions begin exactly on time. Arrive 5–10 minutes early to unplug and transition. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late are considered a "No-Show" and the door will remain closed. More than 24 Hours' Notice: Eligible for a 50% refund or a full credit valid for 90 days. Less than 24 Hours' Notice: Non-refundable; 50% is retained as a late fee, and 50% can be applied as a one-time future credit. No-Shows: 100% of the session fee is forfeited to cover the dedicated time and room setup. Health, Safety & Contraindications Scope of Practice: Crystal Moon Lotus provides wellness and somatic regulation. Services are complementary and do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition. Illness: If you have active symptoms (fever, cough, infection), please reschedule immediately. Sound Safety Exclusions: Due to intense acoustic vibrations, sound treatments are not performed on individuals with pacemakers/implanted devices, during pregnancy, or those with epilepsy/seizure disorders. Consult your physician for recent surgeries or metal implants. Right to Terminate: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive, hostile, or disruptive behavior. Service will be terminated immediately without a refund to protect the sanctuary. Confidentiality & Media Privacy Covenant: Personal history, intake data, and emotional processing are kept strictly confidential. Zero-Recording Zone: Photography, video, and audio recordings are strictly prohibited inside the studio. Marketing: Your photo, likeness, or testimonial will never be shared without your express, written consent. Privacy Policy & Terms (Effective May 2026) Data Use: Personal data is used strictly for scheduling, customizing sessions, and secure payment processing. We never sell or share your information. Community Program: Scholarship applicant statuses and donor details are kept strictly anonymous. Sponsorship donations are non-refundable.
