Service Description
The Wellness at Home Curated Kit Consultation is the bridge between my studio and your daily life, designed to build a custom regulation toolkit that fits your specific biology and schedule. This 30-minute consultation identifies your daily friction points to build a custom toolkit of programmed stones and essential oils. I teach you 5-minute grounding rituals and breathwork to reset your baseline anywhere, alongside using your Curated Sensory Kit. You leave with practical instructions and somatic tools designed to serve your unique biology and long-term resonance and regulation. This consultation includes the full Curated Kit (1 blended oil and 2 crystals that we will charge and program during the consultation).
Cancellation Policy
Arrival & Cancellations Punctuality: Sessions begin exactly on time. Arrive 5–10 minutes early to unplug and transition. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late are considered a "No-Show" and the door will remain closed. More than 24 Hours' Notice: Eligible for a 50% refund or a full credit valid for 90 days. Less than 24 Hours' Notice: Non-refundable; 50% is retained as a late fee, and 50% can be applied as a one-time future credit. No-Shows: 100% of the session fee is forfeited to cover the dedicated time and room setup. Health, Safety & Contraindications Scope of Practice: Crystal Moon Lotus provides wellness and somatic regulation. Services are complementary and do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition. Illness: If you have active symptoms (fever, cough, infection), please reschedule immediately. Sound Safety Exclusions: Due to intense acoustic vibrations, sound treatments are not performed on individuals with pacemakers/implanted devices, during pregnancy, or those with epilepsy/seizure disorders. Consult your physician for recent surgeries or metal implants. Right to Terminate: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive, hostile, or disruptive behavior. Service will be terminated immediately without a refund to protect the sanctuary. Confidentiality & Media Privacy Covenant: Personal history, intake data, and emotional processing are kept strictly confidential. Zero-Recording Zone: Photography, video, and audio recordings are strictly prohibited inside the studio. Marketing: Your photo, likeness, or testimonial will never be shared without your express, written consent. Privacy Policy & Terms (Effective May 2026) Data Use: Personal data is used strictly for scheduling, customizing sessions, and secure payment processing. We never sell or share your information. Community Program: Scholarship applicant statuses and donor details are kept strictly anonymous. Sponsorship donations are non-refundable. Intellectual Property: All website content, text, audio samples, and guides are owned by Crystal Moon Lotus and may not be distributed without permission.
