The Adult Tiers

The Adult Tier sessions are designed for the individual who needs to move into a space of sustained somatic regulation. While my specialized youth sessions focus on age-appropriate regulation and my co-regulation sessions prioritize the shared bond between partners or parents and children, these individual tiers offer a private structure to the session tailored exclusively to your personal biology. Whether you are looking for a quick recalibration or a deeper energetic reset, these sessions provide the ability to offload the mental load and return to a steady, regulated and relaxed state.

The Focused Flow is a 30-minute tune-up designed to move you from feeling scattered to feeling centered without the time commitment of a full session. By combining an intuitive energy scan with a targeted alignment of a single chakra using sound, scent, and stone, I go straight to your most immediate energetic block. It is the perfect entry point if you’re skeptical or unsure how energy work feels. Rather than a long, involved alignment, this is a practical, physical experience that allows you to feel the shift in your body and mood in real-time.

The Stress Sanctuary is a 45-minute session designed specifically for when the mental load becomes too heavy to carry alone. This session focuses on the biological necessity of down-regulating your nervous system, moving you out of a high-alert fight-or-flight response and back into a state of safety. By utilizing low-frequency sound immersion, targeted essential oils, and grounding stones, I help your body physically offload cortisol and systemic tension. It is the ideal choice if you are feeling chronically overstimulated and need more than a quick reset. Choose this session if you need a dedicated, low-stimulus harbor to shed the weight of external stress and return to a grounded, steady baseline.

Choose this mid-tier session if you feel scattered, anxious, or physically exhausted. If your mind is racing and you find it difficult to feel present in your body, this session is your anchor. We focus heavily on the lower centers to pull your energy down from the noise of the head and firmly back into the stability of the earth. This session focuses on the necessity for grounding. 

Choose Resonant Bloom if you feel stuck or emotionally out of balance. This is our signature full-spectrum experience, ideal for those seeking a general tune-up. If you want to clear the daily static from all seven primary chakras and walk away feeling fluid, harmonized, and centered, this is your path.

Choose this advanced session if you are navigating a major life transition, seeking spiritual clarity, or feeling a thinness in your energetic boundaries. This session is designed for those ready to move beyond foundational grounding and into a space of high-frequency expansion and Soul-Star connection.

The YouthTier

The Youth Tier sessions are designed to provide young people with a proactive foundation for sensory awareness and emotional resilience. While my adult sessions focus on deep somatic recovery and my co-regulation sessions emphasize shared connection, these age-specific tiers offer a private, age-appropriate environment for children and teens to explore their own internal rhythms.

 

For ages 4–11, I provide a gentle introduction to frequency healing through ambient sound and sensory safety, creating a playful yet calming space to experience relaxation.

 

For teens aged 12–17, the focus shifts to stability, focus, and emotional regulation, offering a logical and strategic framework to help them navigate the unique stressors of adolescence. Both sessions empower young individuals to identify their own flickers of dysregulation and return to a steady, confident baseline.
