Service Description
Please ensure you have 45 minutes available for this visit, allowing for a supportive intake, space clearing, and an unhurried post-session discussion. The total service time on the table is 35 minutes. Designed specifically for adolescents navigating academic stress, busy schedules, and sensory overload. A parent or guardian must be on the premises for the duration of the visit. What to Expect: Centering: We begin with a grounded intake and gentle breathwork to help your teen drop their guard, calm their mind, and settle into the space. Scanning: On the table, a non-invasive biofield scanning maps their energy field to identify exact areas where stress, fatigue, or anxiety are being held. Immersion: A balancing, 20-minute singing bowl immersion follows, using resonant sound waves to quiet a busy mind and soothe the nervous system. Recovery: A quiet, respectful recovery time allows them to rest in stillness, leaving them feeling refreshed, focused, and deeply centered.
Cancellation Policy
Arrival & Readiness Arrival Window: Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled start time. Doors open 10 minutes prior to respect client privacy and studio setup. Preparedness: Please silence all devices upon arrival. Delays & No-Shows: Late arrivals conclude at the scheduled end time at the full session fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without communication is considered a No-Show. Practitioner Delays: If unforeseen delays occur on my end, you will receive text notification immediately, and your full session time will be honored. Cancellation & Rescheduling >24 Hours’ Notice: Eligible for a 50% refund or full credit valid for 90 days. <24 Hours’ Notice: Non-refundable. 50% is retained as a late fee; 50% applies as a one-time future credit. No-Shows: 100% of the session fee is forfeited to cover dedicated time and setup. Health, Safety & Contraindications Scope of Practice: Crystal Moon Lotus provides wellness and somatic regulation. Services are complementary and do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Illness: Please reschedule immediately if experiencing active symptoms (fever, cough, infection). Sound Exclusions: Acoustic vibrations are not performed on individuals with pacemakers/implanted devices, during pregnancy, or with epilepsy/seizure disorders. Consult a physician for recent surgeries or metal implants. Right to Terminate: Zero-tolerance policy for aggressive, hostile, or disruptive behavior. Service will be terminated immediately without a refund. Confidentiality & Studio Terms Privacy: Intake data, personal history, and emotional processing remain strictly confidential. Zero-Recording Zone: Photo, video, and audio recordings are strictly prohibited inside the home studio. Marketing: Likeness or testimonials are never shared without express written consent. Data Use: Personal data is used solely for scheduling, session customization, and payment. Data is never sold. Community Program: Scholarship applicant statuses and donor details are strictly anonymous. Donations are non-refundable. Intellectual Property: Site content, text, audio, and guides are owned by Crystal Moon Lotus and may not be reproduced.
