The Custom Archetypal Alignment represents your open doorway to deep restoration with no prior guessing or decision-making required. Life often brings complex layers of stress, transition, or fatigue that make it difficult to pinpoint exactly what needs healing. When we try to intellectually force an answer, we can end up over-analyzing our own burnout. When we give ourselves permission to simply show up as we are, our nervous system naturally reveals the path back to balance. This session is designed for both women and men who feel stuck, energetically drained, or unsure where to begin, offering a fully personalized sanctuary built around your immediate needs. Cancellation Policy
Arrival & Readiness Arrival Window: Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled start time. Doors open 10 minutes prior to respect client privacy and studio setup. Preparedness: Please silence all devices upon arrival. Delays & No-Shows: Late arrivals conclude at the scheduled end time at the full session fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without communication is considered a No-Show. Practitioner Delays: If unforeseen delays occur on my end, you will receive text notification immediately, and your full session time will be honored. Cancellation & Rescheduling >24 Hours’ Notice: Eligible for a 50% refund or full credit valid for 90 days. <24 Hours’ Notice: Non-refundable. 50% is retained as a late fee; 50% applies as a one-time future credit. No-Shows: 100% of the session fee is forfeited to cover dedicated time and setup. Health, Safety & Contraindications Scope of Practice: Crystal Moon Lotus provides wellness and somatic regulation. Services are complementary and do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Illness: Please reschedule immediately if experiencing active symptoms (fever, cough, infection). Sound Exclusions: Acoustic vibrations are not performed on individuals with pacemakers/implanted devices, during pregnancy, or with epilepsy/seizure disorders. Consult a physician for recent surgeries or metal implants. Right to Terminate: Zero-tolerance policy for aggressive, hostile, or disruptive behavior. Service will be terminated immediately without a refund. Confidentiality & Studio Terms Privacy: Intake data, personal history, and emotional processing remain strictly confidential. Zero-Recording Zone: Photo, video, and audio recordings are strictly prohibited inside the home studio. Marketing: Likeness or testimonials are never shared without express written consent. Data Use: Personal data is used solely for scheduling, session customization, and payment. Data is never sold. Community Program: Scholarship applicant statuses and donor details are strictly anonymous. Donations are non-refundable. Intellectual Property: Site content, text, audio, and guides are owned by Crystal Moon Lotus and may not be reproduced.
