Service Description
Please ensure you have 70 minutes available for this mobile visit, which includes time for a parent consultation, gentle space clearing, and an unhurried, playful setup. The total service time for your child is 30 minutes. A parent or guardian must remain present in the room throughout the entire session to ensure absolute comfort and safety. What to Expect: Introduction: We begin with an interactive introduction, letting your child explore the sounds and feel the soft vibrations of the tools to demystify the experience. Scanning: A gentle, non-contact biofield scanning maps their energy field from a comfortable distance to see where they are holding sensory overload or restlessness. Immersion: A soft, rolling 15-minute singing bowl immersion follows, using quiet, grounding tones tailored to calm their young mind. Recovery: We close with a brief, playful recovery time to wiggle fingers and toes, integrating the peaceful shifts before they step back into play.
Cancellation Policy
Arrival & Cancellations Client Readiness: We ask that your designated space is cleared, devices are silenced, and you are ready to receive me at your door at the arrival time. Delays & No-Shows: If you do not answer the door or are unready within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be canceled and considered a No-Show, resulting in the forfeiture of the 100% session fee. If a delay on your part pushes the start time back but remains within the 15-minute window, your session will still conclude at the originally scheduled time. More than 24 Hours' Notice: Eligible for a 50% refund or a full credit valid for 90 days. Less than 24 Hours' Notice: Non-refundable; 50% is retained as a late fee, and 50% can be applied as a one-time future credit. No-Shows: 100% of the session fee is forfeited to cover the dedicated time and room setup. Health, Safety & Contraindications Scope of Practice: Crystal Moon Lotus provides wellness and somatic regulation. Services are complementary and do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition. Illness: If you have active symptoms (fever, cough, infection), please reschedule immediately. Sound Safety Exclusions: Due to intense acoustic vibrations, sound treatments are not performed on individuals with pacemakers/implanted devices, during pregnancy, or those with epilepsy/seizure disorders. Consult your physician for recent surgeries or metal implants. Right to Terminate: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive, hostile, or disruptive behavior. Service will be terminated immediately without a refund to protect the sanctuary. Confidentiality & Media Privacy Covenant: Personal history, intake data, and emotional processing are kept strictly confidential. Zero-Recording Zone: Photography, video, and audio recordings are strictly prohibited inside the studio. Marketing: Your photo, likeness, or testimonial will never be shared without your express, written consent. Privacy Policy & Terms (Effective May 2026) Data Use: Personal data is used strictly for scheduling, customizing sessions, and secure payment processing. We never sell or share your information. Community Program: Scholarship applicant statuses and donor details are kept strictly anonymous. Sponsorship donations are non-refundable.
