Join us monthly at The Hive for an intimate 45-minute group sound bath and Reiki integration session
Service Description
The Session Flow: Grounding & Breathwork (10 Minutes) Settle onto your mat, cozy in with your blankets, and transition away from the stress of your day with gentle breath and intention. Sound Immersion (25 Minutes) Surrender to the resonant waves of crystal bowls and harmonic instruments. The acoustic vibrations work to calm an overactive mind, ease physical tension, and shift your brainwaves into a meditative state. Reiki & Integration Savasana (10 Minutes) As the sound gently fades into silence, rest in Savasana. During these final minutes, supportive Reiki energy work is offered to help integrate the sound session, clear lingering energetic blocks, and leave you grounded. What to Bring: To make sure you are comfortable during the session, this is a bring-your-own-comforts experience. Please bring: A yoga mat or padded surface to lie on A warm blanket A pillow or bolster for your head or under your knees A Quick Note on Registration: To create a warm, shared circle energy, we require a minimum of 5 guests per gathering. If we don't reach our minimum threshold, we will notify you in advance, cancel the session, and process a full refund.

Cancellation Policy
Arrival & Cancellations Client Readiness: We ask that your designated space is cleared, devices are silenced, and you are ready to receive me at your door at the arrival time. Delays & No-Shows: If you do not answer the door or are unready within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be canceled and considered a No-Show, resulting in the forfeiture of the 100% session fee. If a delay on your part pushes the start time back but remains within the 15-minute window, your session will still conclude at the originally scheduled time. More than 24 Hours' Notice: Eligible for a 50% refund or a full credit valid for 90 days. Less than 24 Hours' Notice: Non-refundable; 50% is retained as a late fee, and 50% can be applied as a one-time future credit. No-Shows: 100% of the session fee is forfeited to cover the dedicated time and room setup. Health, Safety & Contraindications Scope of Practice: Crystal Moon Lotus provides wellness and somatic regulation. Services are complementary and do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition. Illness: If you have active symptoms (fever, cough, infection), please reschedule immediately. Sound Safety Exclusions: Due to intense acoustic vibrations, sound treatments are not performed on individuals with pacemakers/implanted devices, during pregnancy, or those with epilepsy/seizure disorders. Consult your physician for recent surgeries or metal implants. Right to Terminate: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive, hostile, or disruptive behavior. Service will be terminated immediately without a refund to protect the sanctuary. Confidentiality & Media Privacy Covenant: Personal history, intake data, and emotional processing are kept strictly confidential. Zero-Recording Zone: Photography, video, and audio recordings are strictly prohibited inside the studio. Marketing: Your photo, likeness, or testimonial will never be shared without your express, written consent. Privacy Policy & Terms (Effective May 2026) Data Use: Personal data is used strictly for scheduling, customizing sessions, and secure payment processing. We never sell or share your information. Community Program: Scholarship applicant statuses and donor details are kept strictly anonymous. Sponsorship donations are non-refundable. Intellectual Property: All website content, text, audio samples, and guides are owned by Crystal Moon Lotus and may not be distributed without permission.
