Refilling the Well, Overcoming Burnout & Restoring Boundaries The Wounded Healer represents the profound capacity to turn personal suffering into medicine for others. However, when out of balance, this archetype succumbs to chronic over-giving, martyrdom, savior complexes, and complete energetic exhaustion. This session is designed for caretakers, mothers, therapists, providers, and helpers, both male and female, who need to reverse the flow of energy from constant giving back into deep receiving. What Your Session Includes: - Custom Aromatherapy & Crystal Grounding: Restorative botanicals paired with boundary-protecting stones. - Archetype Examination: Card pull auditing caregiver burnout and energetic leaks. - 10-Minute Guided Observation Meditation: Restorative clearing breathwork to observe the Healer archetype in a quiet apothecary sanctuary. - Reiki & Biofield Tuning: Extensive work on the Heart center and Biofield boundaries to seal energy leaks and restore personal reserves. - Acoustic Sound Bath: Gentle, soothing bowl and chime arrangements that require zero effort from you. - Reflection & Take-Home Integration: Debrief and a Sacred No boundary plan to preserve your energy in real-world commitments.
Cancellation Policy
Arrival & Readiness Arrival Window: Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled start time. Doors open 10 minutes prior to respect client privacy and studio setup. Preparedness: Please silence all devices upon arrival. Delays & No-Shows: Late arrivals conclude at the scheduled end time at the full session fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without communication is considered a No-Show. Practitioner Delays: If unforeseen delays occur on my end, you will receive text notification immediately, and your full session time will be honored. Cancellation & Rescheduling >24 Hours’ Notice: Eligible for a 50% refund or full credit valid for 90 days. <24 Hours’ Notice: Non-refundable. 50% is retained as a late fee; 50% applies as a one-time future credit. No-Shows: 100% of the session fee is forfeited to cover dedicated time and setup. Health, Safety & Contraindications Scope of Practice: Crystal Moon Lotus provides wellness and somatic regulation. Services are complementary and do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Illness: Please reschedule immediately if experiencing active symptoms (fever, cough, infection). Sound Exclusions: Acoustic vibrations are not performed on individuals with pacemakers/implanted devices, during pregnancy, or with epilepsy/seizure disorders. Consult a physician for recent surgeries or metal implants. Right to Terminate: Zero-tolerance policy for aggressive, hostile, or disruptive behavior. Service will be terminated immediately without a refund. Confidentiality & Studio Terms Privacy: Intake data, personal history, and emotional processing remain strictly confidential. Zero-Recording Zone: Photo, video, and audio recordings are strictly prohibited inside the home studio. Marketing: Likeness or testimonials are never shared without express written consent. Data Use: Personal data is used solely for scheduling, session customization, and payment. Data is never sold. Community Program: Scholarship applicant statuses and donor details are strictly anonymous. Donations are non-refundable. Intellectual Property: Site content, text, audio, and guides are owned by Crystal Moon Lotus and may not be reproduced.
