The Emergent Lotus Circle is a 30-minute session specifically designed for teenagers navigating the unique physiological and social pressures of adolescence. This is a dedicated space to move out of the chaotic energy of the world and into a state of intentional stability. Each session focuses on the core pillars of security, emotional regulation, connection, and confidence, with an added emphasis on communicating one's truth. By learning to tune into their own internal frequency, teens gain the tools to advocate for their needs and maintain their center in a high-stimulus world. This circle mirrors a professional adult session, utilizing the immersive resonance of crystal singing bowls. Upon entering, each participant will choose a crystal to anchor with, providing a physical, grounding point of focus for the duration of the sound immersion. We conclude every session with a dedicated education portion, guided meditation, or breathwork technique, ensuring every teen leaves with a practical regulatory toolkit they can apply to their daily life. What to Bring: To maintain your personal comfort and sensory autonomy, please bring your own yoga mat, towel, or blanket to create your own sanctuary for the session.
