Service Description

The Silver Lotus Circle is a community-focused, 45-minute sound immersion designed for those navigating the later chapters of life. This session honors the transition from the business of mid-life to a state of being and wisdom. We focus on a different chakra each month, using the crystal singing bowls to clear the energy and return your nervous system to a steady, rhythmic state. This space is open to anyone who considers themselves a senior. I honor your self-identification and your dignity, so no age verification is required. Upon arrival, you will be invited to choose a crystal to anchor with, a tactile grounding point to hold your focus and provide stability throughout the frequency immersion. We conclude each session with a gentle guided meditation or breathwork session to complete the shift and ensure you leave feeling balanced and restored. Note for Your Comfort: This is a "bring your own" session to ensure your maximum personal comfort. Please bring a yoga mat, towel, or blanket, whatever you need to feel fully supported on your path to peace.
